Upon termination, the Client must settle all outstanding payments. The Service Provider will ensure the safe and responsible disposal of any remaining waste as per the agreed terms.

6. Liability

The Service Provider strives to deliver services with the highest standards of quality and professionalism. However, liability is limited as follows:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Liability is capped at the total amount paid by the Client for the services in the preceding 12 months.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather or unforeseen technical issues.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the term of the agreement. This obligation extends beyond the termination of the contract.

8. Governing Law
